The appointment address was sent to the contact information provided approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before your scheduled 12:00 PM appointment. When you had not arrived, I attempted to call at 12:03 PM, but the phone number on file was disconnected. I also sent two emails with no response. You did not contact me regarding the appointment until approximately four hours after your scheduled appointment time, after the no-show policy had been applied. I take pride in keeping my clients informed and providing professional service, as my many returning clients can attest. Iâm sorry there was confusion, but every reasonable attempt was made to provide the necessary information and reach you. Thank you.
