Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify what happened during your appointment. You came in with a very short, damaged gel manicure. After removing the old product, I applied builder gel as you requested. You first asked for square nails. I explained that your natural nails were uneven and would become shorter if shaped square. You agreed. After I finished, you changed your mind and asked for a round shape, so I reshaped every nail. You then chose a blue cat-eye color. Later, after watching a video, you wanted a different layered design. I suggested doing one test nail first. You agreed, but after seeing it, you asked me to remove it. We tried multiple colors because one was “too dark” and another was “too light.” I patiently redid the design several times. Eventually, you decided to go back to the original blue cat-eye color. After I completed the service, including the top coat, you changed your mind again and requested French tips. I explained that this required removing everything and starting over, which would involve an additional charge. You declined but asked me to paint French tips over the finished nails instead. I still accommodated your request. After approving each step, you requested yet another major change once everything was finished. I always do my best to satisfy my clients, but there must be a reasonable limit when major changes continue after the work has already been completed.
