Extremely unsatisfied. One of my eyebrows is higher than the other. One has some weird snake head shape. The numbing cream wasn’t working well on me s...o it was very painful. Went in for color correct and now I have to find a place to correct what she did. I am extremely dissatisfied, upset and will definitely never recommend to anyone, nor go there again. Show more

Hello, we’re very sorry to hear your feedback! Since your skin is sensitive, it’s natural that you felt some pain. Regarding your eyebrows, because you already had an old tattoo with very dark pigment, we could only make adjustments based on the existing shape and color — it wasn’t possible to make major changes. Naturally, the result may not look as perfect as the eyebrows of clients who have never had a previous tattoo. We provided a free color correction for you, and you will need to wait about 6 weeks for the eyebrow color to stabilize. I had consulted with you and explained the shape in advance, and it was done with your agreement. We’re truly sorry for your later experience. 10/10 love my lashes and the experience. First time getting lash extension and was nervous but Tammy did them and they look so good. She was so gentle... that I couldn’t feel a thing. I thought I would be irritated by the lash extensions, but not at all. I keep forgetting I have them. Definitely recommend this place to others. Show more
