Pearls Of Paradise Spa
This person never made it to our clinic. She was a brand new client, first time ever coming to our spa. Her appointment was at 12pm. We have a cancellation policy of 24 hours before and she decided to call at 1220pm that she was not going to show up and that she will show up around 2pm. Of course this is an appointment time that could have been used for another customer because all our services are done through appointments, we are not a walk in clinic. She requested to be serviced during the day after 2pm and we were not able to accommodate her because we were full for the date and the next couple of dates. Unfortunately this review was done in bad faith to hurt our business and it does not reflect who we are. We provide excellent quality of services and excellent customer service. Look at all our reviews and our regular clients love us. We apologize for the inconvenience but next time you need to show up on time.

5 estrellas porque? Simple, para empezar el servicio es increíble, yainy es un Amor de persona, te hace sentir como si estás con una amiga que conoces desde mucho tiempo y a la vez muy profesional, aja pero ahora vamos con el tratamiento que me hicie...ron... me hicieron el plasma Rico en plaquetas, estoy que no puedo creer ,tengo 34 mi piel es seca especialmente en invierno, pero después del tratamiento mi piel está súper radiante e iluminada en pocas palabras estoy muy satisfecha!!! Les recomiendo este lugar

I have been coming to Pearl's of Paradise Spa since September 2018 and I always have an amazing experience here. Yainy and Amalia are on point and so kind. The coolsculpting they have is contouring and lose inches off my body and I am starting to us...e their other services as well. Amalia gives the best massage. The prices are great and the quality of service is outstanding. Thank you Yainy and Amalia!!!
