My daughter got medium knotless braids done. First the stylist was 30mins late. It took over 5 hours to complete and it was not done correctly. The st...ylist kept taking breaks and doing other things. We had to come back twice to get her hair redone because the ends kept unraveling. The second redone was done by someone else who was not a braider. She called me to ask me how she can redo my daughter hair. I was told by the other owner the braids were not done correctly and had to be redone. My daughter hair still looks the same. We will not be coming back here. Please spend your money somewhere else. Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. But it was revealed that she went swimming the day after her appointment; which her appointment was on Friday Oct. 11th. The client who stated that she didn’t tie up her hair all the time and who was playing in her hair cause she want to learn how to braid as well…this unraveling was done by a person…when spoke with the mother she wanted a her child's hair redone completely the next day. There was absolutely nothing wrong with her braids, and the child was satisfied when leaving my hair.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I made a post on Facebook looking for a shop in the Aurora area to take on the task of my... very difficult five-year-old.. she was traumatized a few years ago and she whines and cries and wiggles and screams and shouts and jasmine was nothing but amazing with her. She was very calm. She was very patient and very gentle. The owner stepped in to comfort my daughter when she was about to have a nervous breakdown. Even though it took way longer than expected, they didn’t rush through they double teamed her head and got it knocked out . When Quala stepped in. She was just as calm and patient. My daughter loves the end product. The whole shop every stylus in there was welcoming and so kind to me and my other daughter as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this. I think we might’ve found a new hair family …. We will definitely be back if they will have us. Show more

The stylist was nice. The facility was nice, but I had issues with my hair and the pricing after the service. I tried to reach out to the stylist just... to clarify the pricing and see if it will be available for me to come in and her to fix the hair being that a few of them were we’re not rodded and I never received any communication back. It’s just disappointing because I have to get on a plane in a few hours and I’m afraid that my hair that I played $200 for that only touches my shoulders is going to unravel. Show more

I wish I can leave a Review got to my appointment at 3:40pm was told that she had someone else in the chair which was fine I was early but was told on... multiple times she only had a few left at 4:32pm still wasn’t in my chair I came all the way from Pueblo co to get my hair down I got my deposit back but I wish I would have been inform earlier that my appointment was going be late I would have cancel way in advance and found someone else my plans for that evening were runied.
