The worst experience I’ve ever had. Upon booking I told her what and how I wanted my hair. I asked her not too braid my hair tight especially since I’...m getting a sew-in. She ignored me and braided it extremely tight (my scalp bled) . I have a pulse in my scalp. Arriving I was ordering myself food because I had a long night. She said TOLD me to get her a coffee or boba like excuse me ma’am no. Her response “Stylist love when you take care of them” Politely declined. Seconds later she says, “I thought your hair was longer than this” That comment was not necessary. She started to braid my hair the way I ASKED her not to (I sent inspo pic and a video!) But she did what she wanted plus she gave me an anchor braid thats used for a sew in as a design. She pulled the thread extremely tight and when I said ouch she continued. I had to ice my hair down for 30mins when I got home. She kept pressuring me to take pictures I didn’t want to. When I finally got done I said I didn’t like it she put my part into the middle making the hair look awkward and didn’t follow the steps I asked. She proceeded to charge me $200 after we agreed hoping $160 dollars. She claimed it was for the feedins on the side. I said to her You didn’t even feedin all the braids that was suppose to. I felt like this was done purposely because I’d asked to feed in all the braids because my hair is natural so it’ll look frizzy quick. And that’s what the reference photos shows. I told her I didn’t like my hair she said I don’t do refunds. And to top it off she took a total of 9 hours in my fucking head. Idk if she don’t like to listen or out right refuse but she doesn’t understand social ques at all. Book at your own risk.
