I booked for S cut. no beard just to fade my side and line up front and back. I just recieved a line up and fade on side but nothing else he told me t...hat was it. he applied enhancer to my sides but could not line up my front or add enhancer when he did it to my sides and said it was not part of service, but still I tiped him. very misleading service advertised. I will not return. * Follow-up: I was actually considering changing my review to 2 stars after the owner called me. During the phone call, he sounded like he genuinely cared about his business, and I understand how much reviews can impact a small business. My goal has never been to ruin anyone's business—only to honestly share my experience. However, after you publicly claimed that you never worked with me or met me and refused to take any accountability, I lost any confidence that things would be handled professionally. Because of that response, I stand by my original 1-star review.
