UPDATE: It’s clear you’ve been editing your response to focus on me being over 9 minutes late, not apologizing, or whatever else you feel was an issu...e. The bottom line is this: bad service is bad service. I was fine with skipping steps in the haircut process since I wasn’t on time, but what I won’t accept is poor service and being treated as if that’s acceptable. In your initial response, you mentioned blocking me the moment I left the shop—trust me, you didn’t have to. You’ll never see me again, by choice. I didn’t leave my review to hurt your business or take away your livelihood. I respect hardworking individuals. But for anyone reading this, know that if you’re even slightly late—because, let’s face it, Miami traffic happens—this is the service you can expect. If you didn’t want to cut my hair because I was late, I would’ve understood and respected that. Apologies for my delayed response; some of us have lives to tend to. Stay blessed, king. “🫡” ORIGINAL REVIEW: I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I expect a certain level of professionalism when booking a premium haircut and facial. To be fair, I was 9 minutes late to my appointment and hadn’t washed the gel out of my hair beforehand, which may have impacted the experience. However, the stylist’s introduction—“You’re late, so we’re going to skip some parts”—felt unprofessional. Despite booking a two-hour package, the session lasted only one hour.
