Thank you again for your feedback I always appreciate hearing from clients, even when things don’t go exactly as planned. I want to clarify a few things so we’re both on the same page. During the appointment, I asked multiple times if everything was looking okay or if there was anything she (you )wanted to adjust.Client never spoke up and said anything, which I took as a sign that she was satisfied with the direction we were going in.If at any point she had mentioned that the look she were going for was different because once again everyone does their duck shape different —especially if she (you) had shown me the reference photo you’re mentioning now if that's how you wanted your nails, I would’ve been happy to explain that what she (you )was showing was actually more of a square shape rather than duck nails. That’s an important distinction that could’ve helped us get closer to your vision.Unfortunately, at this point I’m not able to make further adjustments to her nails unless i do another set ...
