I was beyond nervous about starting my loc journey but Jess was so sweet, patient and made me excited to start with her. I got so many compliments on ...the loc design she did. Just went back for my first retwist and I can’t stay out the mirror. I love how available she is. I’d send a question and she politely responded immediately. The environment is amazing! The service had me dozing off, it was so comfortable. Highly recommend. Love everything from start to end! Show more

Overall great experience, the environment was well put together and it was very hot outside so I appreciate that it was cool in there. It could be con...fusing figuring out where to go and where to park but Jessica was pretty straightforward and communicated at a professional level so there’s no complaints here, definitely got a brother feeling nice and confident and I’m already getting compliments with the hair. Also if you feel a bit tired before or after there’s a coffee shop right across the street so the location is convenient (a lot of construction on the Main Street so you might want to finesse your way and not listen to your GPS) Show more
