I found Ilse by Gods timing. I have been searching for some like her for a long time but I didn’t know where to start. One random day I saw her commen...t on a mutual friend’s post on social media and I was immediately drawn to her not even knowing what she does. I can’t even tell you what a huge blessing it has been working with her. I was born with a genetic mutation in my brain that causes Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD) I’ve suffered immensely from this since I was 8 years old. After all my 30 years of therapy and medications seeing doctors etc I’ve always felt unheard. I finally feel heard and I can’t wait to continue my sessions. She explains everything so well and truly listens to you. I can’t recommend her enough. Every session I feel like I’ve learned so much and I’m finally starting to actually work towards healing. 🩷 Show more
