I had an amazing experience and Jenee walked me through the process and talked with me about my post partum hair loss. She also created a plan to help... get my hair back on the healthy journey! I was nervous when i came in for the first time but Jenee put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her! 10/10 experience and i felt like i wanted to cry after everything because i was so happy with how my hair turned out. Show more

Made a wax appointment a week in advance. The day of my appointment I called to let them know I’d be 13-15 minutes late. I spoke to the esthetician an...d she asked can we reschedule I told her no because I just drove an hour to come, was told ok it’s fine. I get another call saying when I come we’ll have to start at 4:30 which was 15 minutes after I arrive; I said that’s perfectly fine I’ll wait the 15 minutes….. then I get another call saying she doesn’t have a key to get into the business?!?!!!! I’m completely confused.. all she told me is she can just reschedule…. I told her repeatedly I’m driving all the way from Philadelphia so I cannot just reschedule on top of the fact that she let me know this 20 minutes before my appointment…made no sense at all. No care or consideration for customers, wasted my time and offered absolutely nothing for the inconvenience. Would NEVER book here again. Show more
