John knew exactly what I wanted! He was professional, quick, detailed, and so much fun to be around. It would be impossible to have anxiety around him... because he is such a calming presence. I came in wanting a shag haircut, and he not only delivered exactly that, but he exceeded my expectations. I have gotten so many compliments on my haircut already.
