It’s hard to get back when i'm booked out and have multiple people to schedule as well! A message has been sent already. Future clients be aware that most times you won’t be able to get rescheduled immediately a day or two after the cancellation. I have 300 clients to attend to and it’s impossible to fit everyone that needs a haircut into my busy schedule. Thank you for understanding!
