Mike was very nice, but he was often late and hard to get a hold of. I had an appointment for 8 am, and he did not show up and was unreachable. The ow...ner was not very nice and did not even offer me a refund for a no call no-show! . I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he was new and people make mistakes. Just today, around 3 p.m., I had to reschedule my appointment for Monday at 915am due to last minute work. More than enough notice. I asked if he could roll my deposit into a future appointment, and he responded that its non-refundable. When i asked him, he said the owner gets it and he has no control of it?! I will not be going back here! I have been here 3 times, and 3 strikes your out Mike! Decent cut but poor service. If you don't have a schedule and can show up whenever for a cut, I recommend him. 1 star is being generous. Show more
