I just first want to say, I've been to alot of hair dressers in the past that haven't taken the time to tell me about my hair and hair in general and ...how it grows and can grow longer and healthier. Ciera is just the opposite. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time out to share what she thinks it's take for your hair to get healthy. I really appreciate that. You can tell she cares and took the time to learn alot about her profession. On top of that her salon is very clean, I was seen as soon as entered the door, no waiting for her to finish the client before me. And while she was doing my hair, I didn't have to wait for her to finish eating or talking on the phone. She explained to me what she was doing throgh the whole process and it was so relaxing I even caught myself falling asleep a couple of times. She is very professional and a nice person to talk to. She makes you feel very comfortable. And my hair turned out exactly the way I was picturing it. All I did was tell her how I wore it when I used to get it done. I am so glad I made that appointment becasue I had been looking for a classy, professional for a minute. From the time I entered until the time I left, I was very happy with the whole experience.
