Decor was cool, very fresh, stylish, and professional. However, being there the 1st time, no one greeted us when we arrived. I saw someone sitting at ...the podium and asked if i had to check in, but he was just a customer sitting and waiting. After about 10min, the barber who was there walked to another room. he returned and let me know a barber would be out shortly. When the babrber came out, i sent my son up first and let the barber know the cut we wanted- low bald fade, leave the top and sides as my son's growing his hair out for a new style. Barber proceeded to do a mid bald fade and still trimmed the top of son's head, even after i noticed the fade and reiterated what id asked for. My cut was good, which is the only reason this is a 3 star. neither barber on duty was welcoming or even appeared like they wanted to be there. for the price, its definitely not what i expected Show more
