The nails are different sizes instead of cutting my nails to make them all the same, only the broken ones were extended. This was a waste of my money.... They will need to be redone. Only thing I like is the color and design. I don’t live in Dallas, coming back would be even more of a waste of my time and money. I said I was ok with them being cut, you didn’t say anything. I paid for a full set of extensions you chose to give me a half extensions, half overlay. Then seemed bothered when I asked for the thumb to be fixed. I will decline on any other services from you. Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am not interested in damaging a client’s nails if they are in good condition! My focus is on quality, not quantity. I can offer you to come in for nail removal, and I will fully refund the cost of the procedure. My goal is not to harm your natural nail plate, and if your nails already have enough length, I don’t see the need for extensions on healthy, sufficient-length nails.
