I absolutely love my nails!! I used to be a client of a popular Russian Manicure Salon for 5 years. Unfortunately the service has changed drastically ...and the way they do nails left me feeling sad & disappointed. I found Botikova Nails on Booksy & it was THE BEST service ive had in a very long time!! Im so pleased with how gentle she was and how she took her time to ensure her work was done properly. The nails are different sizes instead of cutting my nails to make them all the same, only the broken ones were extended. This was a waste of my money.... They will need to be redone. Only thing I like is the color and design. I don’t live in Dallas, coming back would be even more of a waste of my time and money. I said I was ok with them being cut, you didn’t say anything. I paid for a full set of extensions you chose to give me a half extensions, half overlay. Then seemed bothered when I asked for the thumb to be fixed. I will decline on any other services from you. Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am not interested in damaging a client’s nails if they are in good condition! My focus is on quality, not quantity. I can offer you to come in for nail removal, and I will fully refund the cost of the procedure. My goal is not to harm your natural nail plate, and if your nails already have enough length, I don’t see the need for extensions on healthy, sufficient-length nails.
