She and a colleague thought it would be professional to speak Haitian Creole to insult and criticize me during my appointment. You lost a well paying ...customer and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to visit. FYI, today’s technology is advanced. It’s also disrespectful to speak a language other than the customers you are serving. You never know who is in your presence.
