I'm sorry you had to come here to say all that. I served you, and from the moment you arrived, I told you there was a delay. When I sat you down, I explained that the previous client was 30 minutes late, the same amount of time you had to wait. It's not your fault, but these are things you, as customers, don't see. Like the first time you came, you booked a touch-up appointment with a design that took an hour and a half longer than the actual touch-up time. Is that what you mean by "we were here for two hours or more"? I want you to know that everywhere you go, there's often a wait. Even to die, you have to wait your turn. The haircut is also something that happens and can happen. Perhaps you feel indifferent because of the language barrier, but here we treat everyone with a lot of love.
