Great experience. I am not one to let anyone play in myhair. Very pleased how my hair turned out. Miriah did not braid too tight and was very committe...d to my comfort. Asking if I like how my hair was looking and if adjustments were needed. Will be returning with no worries.

My silk press was good but I asked if she knew how to do a closure behind the hair line which she said yes. A few hrs into the install she told me she... had actually only done it 1-2 x. I immediately noticed my braids were extremely tight the 1st night. After 2 days tracks started to slip out and it was STILL tight. She agreed to sew back in tracks that came out and suggested washing my 2 day old sew-in to loosen the braids. I washed it numerous times and decided to just take it out since it was still very tight. At first, she said it was eczema or an allergic reaction But after taking it out. I noticed chunks of my hair coming out, redness etc. This is only after one week & a half. She agreed to give me a free wash conditioner and treatment. On the day agreed she told me the shop had no air & I declined a home call bcuz I was sick. I stated that I’d just book the wash/condition at a later time which she agreed to. 9 days later I tried to book, but she told me that the offer was no longer available that I only had a week to get the free wash/conditioner which she never stated before. I will never book with her again. now I have a bald spot in the the middle of my head and almost $400 for a hairstyle that I got to wear for a week and a half

I also offered a complimentary shampoo and conditioning treatment as a courtesy after you shared that your hair felt tight. During a later conversation, you informed me that you had already had your hair redone. Because the complimentary service was intended to address your concerns shortly after your appointment, it was no longer available weeks later. I take pride in my work and always strive to address client concerns promptly, professionally, and fairly. I wish you the best.
