      Gently exfoliate the areas before your session to remove any dead skin cells. Keep the skin well moisturized in the days leading up to your appointment. Shave or wax the treatment area in advance if needed. Avoid any laser treatments at least 6 weeks before your session. Tanning - Must wait at least 4 weeks before  . Refrain from taking blood thinners for 3 days before your session. Wear loose comfortable clothing on the day of your appointment – the treated area may be sensitive. Please eat before hand and stay well hydrated. Avoid working out for 5 to 7 days post treatment. No shower the night after your session. Collagen supplements are recommended through out the treatment process.
