      This service includes a wash with Design Essential products to ensure cleanliness and moisture . Dreads are formed using the comb twist and palm roll methods, along with clip placement. This method will allow your dreads to bud smoothly, band be free from frizz. I will ask you how you will like the size and parting to be, via rectangular, rounded, small medium or large. Proper maintenance includes: Your 2nd session should be booked 3 to 4 weeks after your first session to ensure proper formation as your journey begins No water contact; water causes the dreads to loosen, therefore it’ll be difficult to allow your dreads to form. Cover them at night: make sure your hair is covered when you sleep to keep your dreads in tact.

I apologize for the inconvenience on my end. But respectfully, you called me WITH an attitude, upset because you had to get dropped off. We never agreed to 10am for the next day therefore you assumed we were on for 10am again and still showed up. So yes, you had to wait til I got there I had a prior engagement. Right at 10am you decided to tell me you're at the shop, got there in 15 mins which is also the grace period sir you did not wait 30mins.... you forgot to mention that this was all due to the fact you decided to cancel your original appointment 1 hour prior. I was already booked for the week. Though it was unfortunate for me to do so, I still squeezed you in the very next day, late or not. Your hair on took 10 minutes to do at that. Blessings to you.
