My lashes were cute but not what I asked for I also had to wait an hour after my appointment time even though I notified them I had somewhere to be at... a certain time and the time I booked was more than enough time for them to service me and for me to be on time to where I had to be.

We did exactly what you asked for; you really should have explained yourself more clearly to the girl. I scheduled an appointment via the app which required a deposit. When I arrived, the shop was closed. I attempted to contact the provider - I called a...nd texted in order to be refunded for my deposit since the service was not provided, however she has not responded or refunded me.
