She was amazing very professional. She washed my hair very thoroughly. The style that I booked for is not what I end up getting because we changed mid... appointment. I appreciate her flexibility and her patience with me. I am satisfied with the service but not happy. The desire look that I wanted is not what I end up leaving with and kind of brought my confidence down because now I feel like my hair is just re-twisted, but the ends are not done. I feel like for what I paid. I shouldn't have to go home and train my hair how to curl because I literally paid for service that was supposed to give me the desire look I wanted. She is an amazing stylist and everything was great. It's just I felt like we wasted a lot of time due to a lot of distractions. Also, the website advised that my hair appointment would take from 8:45 to 1:45 but when I actually got there, she advised it would be all day, I feel like the website needs to be updated more to reflect accurate timing, as well as I lost over $145 for buying hair that I couldn't use nor I could return per their website so I feel like overall I took more of a loss, the two pictures at the bottom are what I wanted versus what I got

I did advise that the style was going to take all day when I was starting to add the hair in. You stated that you didn’t have all day and I suggested to have your ends combed out and your ends will be curly but your ends would need to be trained being your hair is used to being in locs you said ok and you’d rather go that way being it's your hair instead of being weave. I started styling your hair(a service that wasn't paid for being you booked loc retwist no style), your ponytail wasn’t high enough so in the middle of doing your style I had to take your hair down and redo the ponytail and you said just give me a pony tail when I stated I was going to still style it when you booked the loc retwist with no style and the curly ends which I combed out your ends which is a whole different service. I kept asking you if you like your hair you said yes. I even texted you after and you said nothing you kept saying you liked your hair and the curls. You gave me a 5 star review and left a good review. You waited until this morning to send me a long text message with these issues that could have been fixed on yesterday if it was a concern when I kept asking you about your hair while I was doing it. You then changed the review as well as the stars to 2.5 after texting me but that's ok, I appreciate the review. Thank you and god bless you
