I don’t even know where to begin Leticia didn’t just fix my hair, she honestly restored my confidence. Just a week ago, I went to Ulta asking for a ba...layage, and what I walked out with was nothing like what I asked for. The color was patchy, brassy, and felt so far from what I envisioned. I left that appointment feeling discouraged, embarrassed, and unsure of what to do next. Then I found Leticia and it felt like such a blessing. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel heard and cared for. She took the time to understand exactly what went wrong and how to make it right. And when I saw the final result, I was honestly speechless. My hair looked soft, natural, dimensional, and absolutely beautiful everything I had hoped for the first time around. More than just a great stylist, Leticia is someone who truly cares about her clients and puts her whole heart into her work. I see her every week because it’s so convenient to stop in to get a quick wash and blow dry without the hassle of doi...ng it at home and dealing with my hair extensions. She does a great job of getting me in and out and doesn’t tug on my extensions like some stylists tend to do if they aren’t familiar with working with them. I highly recommend sitting in her chair!
