She said she was going to be a half hour late but I waited an hour and still she was not there so I left. She said she text me which I never received ...a text and even then it’s very unprofessional because if I was late it would have been a problem because I know she has other clients just like I had other things to do that day as well. Plus it was not just me but me and my husband were supposed to get our hair done. She said she was right around the corner stuff in traffic at like 4:11pm at 4:30pm I left how you right around the corner stuck in traffic for that long. If I was on time she should have been there before us.Inconsiderate of peoples time. Show more

Want to respond to your review, I did call and text to confirm your appointment 2 hours before the appointment and got no response so I did not come to the appointment. Once I called the number that was on the account it said it didn’t work so I took the next step to email and still got no response. I do apologize because the high way was backed up and I tried my best to get there as fast as I could but when I don't receive a text back for confirmation then I won’t be there or I will rebook a new client.
