I really wanted to support her because her work is genuinely good, but this experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I booked my app...ointment a week and a half in advance, followed all instructions, and still ended up without a wig installed the day of my trip. I tried to drop off my wig early like her policy states, but was told the shop was closed and to just bring it to the appointment. Then I was hit with a late drop-off fee, which didn’t make sense. On top of that, the address on her booking site was incorrect — she didn’t send the real location until 20 minutes before my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 PM, and she didn’t arrive until 2:00 PM. No heads up, no apology, just a message saying “it’s hot, it’s a lot going on,” and that I was “very late”… then refunded my deposit. She also said she “doesn’t normally work Mondays” and didn’t know how I was able to book — even though I booked well in advance. Now I have to board my flight TODAY with no wig installed, after trying to do everything right. Like I said, her work is good — but the lack of communication, poor time management, and overall disorganization is not worth the stress. I wouldn’t recommend booking if you have a strict schedule or a trip coming up. Show more

She refuses to give back my deposit after changing the location literally minutes before the appointment and gets mad when I ask for my money back cau...se I found someone else who did it better. The man stated she came to the shop bout 7 that morning picked up my wig and left you would’ve thought by that time or at least a hour maybe 2 hours before my appt she would reach out and be like oh here’s the address mind you that place was 20 mins from where she originally told me to come. Bad for business, unprofessional she literally went back and fourth all day instead of just sending money back after she stated she would but lied I can point y’all to the lady who did do my hair though she good if yall ever looking for anyone Show more
