I really wanted to support her because her work is genuinely good, but this experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I booked my app...ointment a week and a half in advance, followed all instructions, and still ended up without a wig installed the day of my trip. I tried to drop off my wig early like her policy states, but was told the shop was closed and to just bring it to the appointment. Then I was hit with a late drop-off fee, which didn’t make sense. On top of that, the address on her booking site was incorrect — she didn’t send the real location until 20 minutes before my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 PM, and she didn’t arrive until 2:00 PM. No heads up, no apology, just a message saying “it’s hot, it’s a lot going on,” and that I was “very late”… then refunded my deposit. She also said she “doesn’t normally work Mondays” and didn’t know how I was able to book — even though I booked well in advance. Now I have to board my flight TODAY with no wig installed, after trying to do everything right. Like I said, her work is good — but the lack of communication, poor time management, and overall disorganization is not worth the stress. I wouldn’t recommend booking if you have a strict schedule or a trip coming up. Show more
