Hi Linda, I appreciate your review, but I’d like to clarify a few things. Your appointment was at 9:00 AM and your son arrived 25 minutes late Because of that, I couldn’t give him the full service without delaying the next client who showed up on time.
I always include a hot towel and face massage for clients who arrive on time—I take pride in providing top-quality service to everyone. It wouldn’t be fair to make other clients wait because someone else was late!
