I really love my hair..but I was slightly confused on what I was supposed to actually versus what I got..I was supposed to get small (boho) knotless.....but I just got small knotless..paid small boho knotless price but just got regular small knotless $40 extra on what though🤷🏾‍♀️but over all I really love my hair🥰 Show more

Went in as walk in this morning after calling for availability and left with beautiful braids. Service was fast and nicely done.
I give 2 stars because the people are a little friendly but I had 2 people doing my hair and when I get out the chair I’m thinking the braids are cute...… NO THEY ARE NOT !!! They are all different sizes and I told her don’t braid my edges because they are already thin !! She did them anyways not I have a bald spot 2 of my braids came out in the same spot !!! Right around my edges. Not only that I’ve been in the shop from 9am WHEN THEY OPENED UNTIL 9PM CLOSING TIME !!! I was the first one in and the first one out the shop. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend ! Paying 250 for a balls spot ? NEVER TF AGAIN !!!!!! And also in the middle of a lady doing a girls hair beside me she walked to get food from sonic and came back like it wasn’t nothing. I’ll never go back!!! Show more

I went in for some boho knotless braids and came out looking like a celebrity... they are the BEST braiders in Florence! 💙💯
I will never revisit or refer anyone .They are extremely slow,they pull the life out of your scalp even though you've told them it's too tight,they ar...e very rude to plus size women saying very awful remarks while you are being serviced,the business is filthy inside I will never visit again Show more
