My tech was Lorena. Her main language is Portuguese. She speaks a little English and a tiny bit of Spanish. Even thou I don't speak Portuguese Lorena and I were able to communicate just perfectly. I got a combo that consist of full legs, Brazilian and armpits wax. My Brazilian wax was with cocoa. After having a bad experience before at another place with a Brazilian wax. It had been 3yrs since I had groomed and was somewhat concerned. Lorena is very knowledgeable and advised what to do, not to do and what she was doing at all times. No judgement from her and she made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and Lorena as well. So welcoming and inviting. Will definitely be back regularly. At the checkout I was checkout by Samara she too was very friendly and reiterate what not to do after waxing for the next 24 to 48 hrs.
