Hey Kendalyn! I am so sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t great! We pride ourselves with giving the best experience to our clients. Sarah is an exceptional professional braider and has to travel back and forth weekly for dental school 4 hours each week. So I apologize that she didn’t have time to get the hair you were expecting. You are the first this has happened to and it will definitely not be happening again. She mentioned she did ask you multiple times if you were okay with the style and you mentioned you didn’t have your glasses so you couldn’t really see and she offered to grab them for you as well. And we would have cancelled without you paying if you would have asked dear. Instead, we are here behind a screen going back and forth because you didn' want to communicate privately. She was trying to be professional and asked if you wanted a refund because you were not satisfied with your hair. It had nothing to do with paying you to remove your review. I'm sorry if it may have came off like that, but those were not her intentions. Maybe next time for future braiders you do use, bring extra curly hair for them to use in case it is not to your satisfaction. Always be prepared.
