I list my appointment slots when you book and you disregarded that and chose a time not on there. Washing requires a license, so it was a privilege in the first place and I gave notice to all clients about issues with the shop and change of location. You’re the only one complaining about prices, but I would have appreciated you saying this while you were there since I did a great job on your hair. I offered to even repair them for you since your Locs are falling out and I have handled them with care an advised on how to take care of them and you have not. So Good luck!
