Hi! So sorry you had this experience. In the future I'm able to replace to rubber bands. I do feel that the description you left for this review doesn't really reflect the efficiency of the interaction we had regarding the cancellation as your appointment was immediately rescheduled within a 3-day window. Despite the card being an issue during your first appointment, you did book again and arrive with cash so there was no issues with payment during your appointment. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
