I got 2 stitch braids and one band came off already, today is Tuesday and I got them done Saturday. I originally scheduled (to her availability) on We...dnesday but she called not much before the appointment and cancelled. She doesn't accept card. after reading her reply: You felt some type of way because I gave you a polite smile when you looked in the mirror, thats why you turned he chair... Im not some weirdo in there to try and flirt, yet you made the situation out like i was. The first band was perfect, the second was done bad, I looked, in my belief, due to you feeling some type of way. Im just simply letting people know you dont accept card, wasnt a complaint.

Hi! So sorry you had this experience. In the future I'm able to replace to rubber bands. I do feel that the description you left for this review doesn't really reflect the efficiency of the interaction we had regarding the cancellation as your appointment was immediately rescheduled within a 3-day window. Despite the card being an issue during your first appointment, you did book again and arrive with cash so there was no issues with payment during your appointment. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
