Basic Haircut Detailed Loc Maintenance

My first session with Erica went great. She was informative, came across as dedicated to her craft, and attentive to her clients’ needs. I didn’t car...e for the spray-on enhancement (I hadn’t asked for it), but it looked okay. It wasn’t even and didn’t really enhance my line. That said, the fade was nice and tight, and the beard was on point. I was looking forward to booking with her again. I’m big on customer service and follow-up. I attempted to book another session via text—since that’s her preferred method over the app. We confirmed the date, but the day before, she texted asking what time I’d like to come based on her availability. I replied that we had already confirmed the timeframe I requested. She never responded. I understand things come up and I don’t expect immediate replies, but in this case, a response was warranted. I’ve dealt with multiple loc stylists in the East Bay and have yet to find consistency in their services & professionalism. It’s disappointing. Show more

During my actual appointment ‘E’ was very professional and efficient. She provided me with tips on how to keep my hair moisturized and best next steps for maintenance.
