The appointment didn’t occur. I called her 15 minutes outside the address and she stated she needed to go out of town with her baby to the mall of Ame...rica. She also stated she didn’t see my appointment but the appointment was confirmed through the Booksy app. If I could put zero stars and charge a cancellation fee I would. Really unacceptable, and unprofessional. Show more
