Dr. Mendha and her staff at IdealMD is a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is so friendly and courteous—it really is such a pleasant environment. Dr. Me...ndha genuinely cares about her patients’ well being, and she’s done a phenomenal job of staffing her office with thoughtful people. I know during each visit that I’ll be well taken care of, and that’s a peace of mind I’d drive clear across DFW for. 11/10 recommend. Show more

This was my first visit here to find a new PCP. Everyone was very friendly; however, communication is key. The first issue I had was that I arrived on... time and 10:30 and I was not seen until after 12:30. I didn't leave the office until a little after 1 pm. I was late getting back to work as I took off well enough time to be back by 1 pm. I know that offices can get behind, but a little heads up would have been fine. I had to step out of the office to ask if they forgot about me. They did apologize and let me know she should be there soon. The visit went as expected for an annual exam. Then when I checked out, I was told to pay a fee for lab collection. No one told me that before checking in. The doctor asked me would you like to have the labs drawn here or at Quest. I've never had a clinic as me this, if a clinic had lab, they would just do the labs there. If you are going to charge a fee for having it done in clinic then this should be told to the patient, so they have an option Show more
