Vicky moved from Montgomery to Birmingham and she normally braid my hair while she lived in Montgomery . The last time she braided my hair was in Dec ...2023. She did a great job everyone admired my hair. She is so calm, cool and welcoming I could not resist coming back again. This time I had to travel down an hour and a half to get my hair done. She did knot less for me and two strand twist for my son in 1 hour. She twisted my son's hair before and my son told me mummy no one has ever done my hair this good. Vicky is very respectfully, talented and she is a pro in what she does and braids very fast. She will always put on movies for us to watch while she braids my hair. Vicky is my life saver. I take reviews seriously because I know women do not play about their hair, myself included and l want to give the best most honest feedback. Firstly,... I'm always leery about going to people's homes at first but I felt comfortable here and safe. Victoria's environment is clean and calm. She was easy to work with from the start and very timely when answering questions I had about my style. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly asked me if I was ok because I told her I didn't want my braids to be tight and as she braided she checked on me and periodically gave me a mirror to look at my hair to make sure I liked it. I could tell she cares about her work and she cared about me being satisfied. She is precise and professional. She has a humble and kind personality. She also allowed me to watch what I wanted on tv. It's hard to find a braider with her patience and level of concern. Glad I booked her. Show more

Victoria was great! I arrived 20 minutes early and she was able to accommodate me immediately. Her studio was very clean and up kept she was very stud...ious. She asked me if I needed any water and if the temperature was great for me, she worked very fast. I love my braids, and I will definitely be back from my retwist.
