I had an Appointment set up with her she stated she was overbooked and ā€œsupposedly canceled my appointment the day beforeā€. I never received an email,... text message, phone call nothing. 30 mins before my appointment I text her to ask a question. Thank God that I did because I would have showed up to not be serviced. She said that booksy ā€œover booked herā€. Iā€™m a really understanding person, still yet my daughter needs her hair done I took it out thinking it was going to get done. Remind you I donā€™t know how to do hair thatā€™s why I booked in the first place. I text her if she could reschedule us for another day (tomorrow) cause she needs it done for school. No reply! Thatā€™s not my fault you were overbooked, so for the inconvenience we should have been set for another date and time. You would think she would have offered that. Where the decency ?? Show more
