First time here. Came here because of good Google reviews. which I am now seriously doubting if they are authentic. I got a cut from Ana. What an ama...teur. Definitely won’t be going to her or this shop ever again. I grew out my hair for a textured long hair style. I gave her instructions on what hairstyle, the length I wanted, and showed her a reference picture. By the end of my haircut, it was nothing like what I wanted. I asked her to use scissors only because I wanted a natural flow, she ended up using an electric trimmer. Asked for no line for neck, she ended up doing a flipping square. SHE KNOWS NO LAYERING. Only grabs a chunk of your hair in her fingers and cuts it in a line. To the shop management - she only speaks Spanish. Maybe make sure your stylists know what they are doing. If you know if someone is bad at working with long hair, only, avoid letting them work with clients with long hair. Show more

Haircut sucked at first but looked decent after a few days. Not to mention, they don’t really speak english and my barber was VERY rough, and when he ...was combing through my bangs he got the comb stuck on my eyebrow piercing and pulled it down very hard, it was bleeding after. If u have a piercing, cover it! If you don’t have a translator it will be a little hard to communicate. If you want something other than a fade, don’t come here. Other than that, the haircut turned out decent, wouldn’t come back. Show more
