I’ve been to this shop multiple times. It’s pricey but they usually do efficient and acceptable work to justify the price. With that said, my most rec...ent visit will certainly be my last. There was confusion with my initial booking (if booking 2 services, book them separately). I showed for my confirmed appointment and they were unaware and unprepared. Rescheduled for the following day at 10. They showed up at 11. The stylist was very kind and talented but forgot their keys so we waited 15 mins to get let in. When the stylist was 20 mins from being completed, I notified the barber. After the completion of my style, I waited about 25 mins for the barber to arrive. The style and cut is well done but I spent over $50 more than I typically pay in NYC (not including tip) and well over 4 hours at the shop.
