Hey Brian, hate to hear about your experience. It looks like you’re reviewing a service that was booked and completed on August 15th. To my knowledge, that service was seamless. The appointment I think you’re referring to is the one you rescheduled same day and also the one I never confirmed due to not being in the shop. Until appointments are confirmed per the Booksy app they are not definite or secured. I hope we can get back on track and I will continue to work on my communication. Thank you!
