This was the worse haircut ever experienced. The shop and owner were great, but the service was horrible. Unlike before, YZ did not seem happy to see... me and greeted me coldly when I first arrived. I arrived about 5 minutes early, yet wasn't served until 30 minutes after my appointment because after finally finishing the person in his chair, YZ swept and cleaned for at least 15 minutes. I watched in disbelief. I totally understand the need for cleanliness, but not when you have are already late appointment patiently waiting. He was unfriendly, different from my previous visit. He finally cut my hair with a terrible hairline and chopped my sideburns square and high. After finishing the bad cut, he sprayed my hair with gobs of hairspray that made my hair hard as a rock. That was not done the last time. Because he had dome such a great job previously, I have no choice but to assume that this horrible job was on purpose. I had to wash my hair immediately and got many negative comments at home. I will have to wear a wig until my hair grows back across the front and sides. I have macular degeneration, so I could not see the damage when he gave me the mirror. I told him it was great! However, I was horrified when I got home and finally looked. To top it off, I gave him a $25 tip....yes, $80 for him to butcher my hair and ruin my trip to Virginia. I will never go to him again. Not sure why he is mad at me, but no worries.....hair grows back. A poor attitude and poor customer service is generally there for a lifetime. I am really disappointed that I will have to begin my search for a good barber again. Dr. Eleanor Hoy Show more

Good afternoon, i hope you having a wonderful day I still have no hard feelings towards you I’m shocked for a such poor review. I’m feeling down right now because I’m big on customer satisfaction if you had said something at the shop I wouldn’t mind give the haircut for free and I had nothing towards ma’am I swear.. I even told the owner you’re a wonderful lady with a bright personality that shine ✨ the whole room yeah I was late because I tried to clean, sanitize my station before I walked to you said I was ready politely even with the poor review I still have so much respect for you I’m hurt 😔 but it’s all good.
