I’ve worn a hat every single day since mid-2019. And for some reason between now and then Ive decided to let my hair grown down to my shoulders for th...e first time in my life. And now I want to keep it long, but had no idea how to do it confidently. I told this to Challes as I sat down in the chair, while simultaneously trying to hide my anxiety because I was EXTREMELY nervous. She made me feel comfortable and confident immediately, and took the time to reeeally listen and to what I wanted. She even made sure to answer all silly questions I had about maintaining long hair after my appointment. I left the shop feeling taller and better about myself than I have in years. And I’m SUPER pumped to say that I didn’t wear a hat today. I went to the bar, the grocery store, and multiple other places without trying to hide my hair, and it felt soooo good.
