The shop opens at 9 and I had a 9:15 appointment. The barber I had the appointment with took a walk-in at 9 so I had to wait 30 minutes. There were ...2 barbers who didn't have customers so a company who cares about customer experience would have asked if I wanted to have another barber cut my hair. I had no allegiance to the barber my reservation was with (Juve). Juve did do a great job cutting my hair. Show more

Hello, so I made an appointment Friday 12-6 with Marisol for 11:00 am. I arrived @ 10:45 am. Marisol had a customer in her chair, another customer wa...lked in at 10:50 am sat next to me when Marisol was done with her customer she told me the other guy was next and proceeded to cut his hair. If the schedule is in 30 minute increments and she was behind schedule and this next customer was her 10:30 appointment and he showed up at 10:50. SMH I believe he was was a family member or good friend. Not good business practice. I suggest go to Laveens barbershop NBS Show more
