I booked a 5:30 PM appointment with Aj and arrived 10 minutes early to be respectful of their schedule. I ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes p...ast my appointment time without being seen. The absolute hypocrisy of this shop is that they require a credit card on file and threaten you with a $14 cancellation fee if you waste their time, yet they clearly have zero respect for the customer's time. Don't penalize clients for being late or no-showing if you can't honor your own booking system. I walked out and won't be going back.
