Trying something new. Made an appointment for 11:30. Arrived on-time and was told, oh sorry, booked a call in person. Would have left, but already ...paid. Was there over an hour for a 10 minute cut. $62 after tip and cut was only ok. Won’t be back.

I apologized didn’t hear my phone notification and I asked was everything ok with the cut if your son wanted to change anything he said no I do apologize for the confusion sir and I’m looking at the booking email it was scheduled 15 minutes before appointment time and watched the cameras it was 28 minutes for the total service I do apologize and hope you have a great day

Great , friendly , fun environment. We were welcomed with warm smiles a bottle of water and good conversation. My son is special needs and we’ve been ...here a few times and I will not take him anywhere else . My son is very picky about his hair and he LOVES it here . The guys are great with interaction and had my boy feeling confident and had him belly laughing .
