She had me Apple Pay her some money and never did my hair never call me never rescheduled just ghosted me. She’s very unprofessional and will steal yo...ur money. Do not Apple Pay. Anything she ask you she will take your money.

Concerning this review, your payment was made for a prepaid discounted package I offer to clients receiving multiple services in one appointment, though clients are always welcome to book services individually at regular pricing. I hated my hair. I’ve been a long time client of Alicia’s. She’s always professional and very knowledgeable about hair. My last appointment I wanted t...o go blonde and she professionally told me no that would not be good for my relaxed hair. We opted to do a different color which I hated. But Alicia reached out and assured me that she would help me with my next style and that we could work together and figure something out which I really appreciated!
