1st this was my second visit… which is my fault because I should have not gone back but they’re close to my job and I was in desperate need of some ca...re… didnt get that, even though I scheduled an appointment early afternoon when I knew they wouldn’t be too busy. They try to rip your nails off, causing me to bleed profusely the first time and charge you for a soak off! And even after they do allow you to soak for 2 minutes (this visit) they start filing with the drill until your skin underneath your nail starts burning! They guy I had did not understand “square” as he started cutting the nails into stiletto and even after I corrected him he left the cut nail on and just added a tone of “gel” which was really acrylic and attempted to shape them from there. Basically my nails look a hot as mess! And the real problem is, they are super unsanitary in there! If you go pay attention! They throw the drill bits in the acetone when they start your nails, the towels smell like urine! And they don’t want you to wash your hands. Horrible! And it took over two hours! No design! Short length!
