It was terrible. I arrived on time at 1. The stylist was not there and the barber called her. She said she was on her way. At 1:15 she called back and... said she would be there in 10 mins. She came at 1:24 hugging all the barbers first not apologizing for being late or anything. She comes over and says she has another appointment at 1 and I told her u booked on Thursday on the site. She said she could do her appointment that was there as well first then me after. I told her no you are already late and you are saying you the site over booked and I have somewhere to go after. I asked for my refund of my deposit and I left. I will never return very unprofessional and ghetto. Show more

Scheduled the appointment days in advance. She changed the time the day before, no problem. But when I arrived at my appointment time she claimed she’...s was still working on someone else’s hair and put another appointment in my time slot as well. I drove 30 minutes to get my hair done and she did not communicate at all that she was overbooked. I can’t speak on her services but this behavior was very unprofessional. Show more
