It was terrible. I arrived on time at 1. The stylist was not there and the barber called her. She said she was on her way. At 1:15 she called back and... said she would be there in 10 mins. She came at 1:24 hugging all the barbers first not apologizing for being late or anything. She comes over and says she has another appointment at 1 and I told her u booked on Thursday on the site. She said she could do her appointment that was there as well first then me after. I told her no you are already late and you are saying you the site over booked and I have somewhere to go after. I asked for my refund of my deposit and I left. I will never return very unprofessional and ghetto. Show more
