I really like how they cut hair here and have had good experiences in the past, but my most recent visit was really disappointing. I had a 2:30 appoin...tment with the owner and ended up waiting over an hour and a half. The other barbers were kind and tried to be helpful, saying he should be back soon, so I kept waiting but he never showed up or reached out. A quick text or call would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, after waiting 1.5 hours, I had to leave without getting my haircut. I genuinely like this shop, but this experience left a bad impression. Show more

Cut is fine, but space was pretty unprofessional. Music was loud enough that talking to barber was difficult. 2nd station wasn't in use, barber was ch...illing on his phone, but no cleanup at either station was happening. Floor was full of hair. Even as new customers came in for service. I also added brow cleanup to reservation, but it wasn't done. Stylist listed on the reservation didn't seem to be present in the shop at all. Again, cut was fine, but I don't expect to go back to this business. Show more
